Alright I posted it before I added anything.. OOOPS!
Today is Day 4 of 30 days.. so here we go!
Day 4- A habit that you wish you didn’t have!
Well- that's actually kinda hard.. I don't smoke or drink or do drugs.. hmmm.. I would say stress eating! I really hate that I turn to food for comfort when I'm upset! I never used to- and I just want it to stop! :( That's actually really hard for me to admit- but it's not like I can hide it, my weight shows it :(
